Kashi Frozen Meals are a Cheap, Healthy & Quick way to make Lunch or Dinner.
They usually cost ~$4 (I stock up on them when they are on sale for 3/$9 or 4/$10) which is Cheaper & (a lot) Healthier than most all Fast Food.
The instructions on the box says there two options for cooking, microwave or heat in the oven (for 40min), neither of these options work for me as I don't own a microwave and don't have 40min to spend.
I decided to make it on my stove and it turned out Great.
What You Need:
Re-heat Food without Microwave
Place the food you want to reheat in a metal bowl. Fill up a saucepan with enough water to cover the walls of the bowl, cover and bring to boil.
Once the water is boiling place the metal bowl with the food, cover and let it heat for ~5 min, depending on how much food you are trying to reheat you might need some more time, but typically 5 min is enough.
